Had a very busy day at work and then went straight to a 3-hour evening Dutch course. Still managed to stay on track although my the old Turkish lady from upstairs was so nice to bring me some homemade Turkish meal when I got home from work. The meal consisted of homemade bread and some vegetable/rice rolls so non of it was Dukan friendly. Since the lady doesn´t speak any English, I don´t speak any Turkish and both of us speak bad Dutch, I just smiled and said thank you. When she was gone, I put the bread in the freezer for later when I have guests that eat bread , but the veggie/rice rolls unfortunately went to the trash 😦

Had a PV day again since I had some vegetables in the fridge that needed to be eaten asap.  So I´ll just do two PP days in a row to make up for it 🙂

Day 171 – PV

  • Icelandic lamb meat, potatoes, salad with feta cheese, mais and mushroom sauce
  • Icecream with mars chocolate sauce

Went to a dinnerparty and decided to have a little bit of everything although I skipped having wine and beer. It might have some effect on the scale tomorrow or on Monday but that is it. This time, my mind is with me 100% so I´m not worried that this little “cheating” will make me go off-track for days or weeks.

Day 170 – 3rd day back on track (PP)

  • A bit of running (in high heels) in Amsterdam to catch my train back home, other than that nothing

Managed to go to a coffee house with a friend and then to a bar in the evening with some more friends without going off track. Just had a cola light and a cup of tea 🙂

Day 169 – Second day of new beginning (PP)

Morning weight: 82,0kg

  • Total lost: 14,4kg

A nice woosh after my first day back, probably just waterweight but hey that water must go !

  • 1 mini spring roll

My plan was to go out during my lunch break and buy a yougurt but then a collegue of mine insisted that I´d have lunch down in the canteen with her which I did (luckily I had brought my own lunch). But then there where drinks and snacks in the afternoon and since I hadn´t bought my yogurt, I was hungry so I gave in and had some snacks.

Overall, the day was pretty good except for the afternoon snacks. I kind of made up for it in the evening though since I had a friend over and he brougt wine and snacks and I didn´t have any 🙂
