Had a very busy day at work and then went straight to a 3-hour evening Dutch course. Still managed to stay on track although my the old Turkish lady from upstairs was so nice to bring me some homemade Turkish meal when I got home from work. The meal consisted of homemade bread and some vegetable/rice rolls so non of it was Dukan friendly. Since the lady doesn´t speak any English, I don´t speak any Turkish and both of us speak bad Dutch, I just smiled and said thank you. When she was gone, I put the bread in the freezer for later when I have guests that eat bread , but the veggie/rice rolls unfortunately went to the trash 😦
